Dr. Michelle Davidson
Dr. Davidson, originally from Sudbury, graduated from Laurentian University in 2006, receiving her Bachelor of Science with Distinction. In 2010, she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo, graduating on the Dean's Honor List. She completed an ocular disease externship at Eye Associates of Pinellas in Florida where she was trained to the highest standard in the diagnosis and treatment of many ocular diseases. She also gained valuable knowledge on the use of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents as well as pre-and post-operative eye care.
Dr. Davidson is a local and can often be seen out in the region so be sure to say Hi next time you see her!
Dr. Nathalie Renaud
Dr. Renaud grew up in neighbouring Carlsbad Springs and is thrilled to have the chance to serve and connect with patients close to her hometown! She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa and went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Montreal in 2007.
Dr. Renaud also holds a Master of Education in Health Professions Education from the University of Ottawa and is passionate about teaching the next generation of eye care providers. She has taught clinical skills to optometry students at the University of Montreal's School of Optometry and now teaches in the new Opticianry program at La Cité Collégiale.
Dr. Renaud offers primary eye care services in both French and English to patients of all ages, and has a special interest in pediatric optometry, myopia control, and neuro-optometric rehabilitation.
